Message think that 220F was the moving point, it's moot because I was reading well over 220F (up to 235F) near the heads, while the stock gauge still hadn't moved. The delta is large, at least when you're driving hard. I'm simply trying to quantify and justify driving further into the danger zone without repercussions. Then again, I'm not racing, so there really is no need to push it into any cloudy area. I should just let off if it hits 230 regardless...
